RenéSim delivers worldwide.
What are the delivery charges?
We do not charge for delivery of our products. They may also be returned free of charge if applicable. The price you pay is the price shown in our online store.
Which logistics partners does RenéSim use?
We use Intex parcel service to ship our jewellery throughout Europe. Intex is a specialist service for high-value jewellery and other valuables. Products with a value of 500 euros or below can also be shipped by DHL.
Intex offers a shipment tracking service at its website at www.intex-paketdienst.de.
When we pass your shipment to the parcel service, we send you a shipment number for your parcel, which you can use to track the current status of your order.
When will my order arrive?
All pieces of jewellery supplied by RenéSim are created and produced by hand using complex techniques of craftsmanship. Production of your individual piece begins as soon as your order is received. Prêt-à-porter items can generally be delivered faster than personally created unique designs. Delivery periods for individual items are shown in the close-up product view and in the order information.
As soon as your order undergoes a final quality inspection and leaves our premises, we inform you by e-mail and provide you with a tracking number you can use to track the progress of your shipment online.

Can my shipment be delivered to a DHL 'Packstation' (automatic parcel collection point)?
For security reasons, RenéSim only delivers to personal addresses where the personal identity of the recipient can be verified. Delivery to automatic parcel collection points, hotel receptions or other similar points is not possible.
Personal collection can be arranged on request.
What does a personal identity check involve?
The logistics service provider takes the recipient's signature and checks the recipient's passport or other official photo identification, also by electronic means if applicable.
Where is my shipment now?
The shipment tracking service informs you of the progress of your order on its way to you. You can track the delivery status of your shipment around the clock. As soon as your shipment is transferred to the parcel service, we send you an e-mail giving the shipment number for your parcel, which you can use to track the current status of your order. The parcel service used by RenéSim offers a shipment tracking service on its website.

My shipment is missing – what do I do?
If your order has not arrived after several days, please contact our customer service, and we will endeavour to track down and resend your order.
